Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, GO TO ASSIST, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

Here's How It Works:

Step 1:  To begin the process e-mail the Altico Support Team at support@AlticoAdvisors.com or call our Support Desk at 508-263-9233
Step 2:  Click GO TO ASSIST below to start your session.
Step 3:  You will be prompted to enter your name and company name and to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you, along with a member of our support team, to the GoToAssist screen sharing application.  
Step 4:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 5:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
