Rich is a CPA with more than 25 years experience working with small and mid-size companies in various market sectors. He specializes in providing business advisory services related to strategic planning, financing, budgeting and operations. Rich also has expertise in mergers and acquisitions
Experience: Rich owned and managed a successful CPA firm for 25 years until its merger with BDO Seidman in 2004. He was the founder and president of LYNX Technology, a financial solutions provider specializing in Microsoft systems. Most recently, Rich is a co-founder of Altico Advisors, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a VISIBILITY.net ERP Certified Partner that provides financial, business and customer management solutions and services to companies throughout New England, primarily in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, software development, and service organizations.

Mike has been working for more than 20 years with small and mid-sized companies in various market sectors. His expertise lies in the software selection process and managing implementations of ERP and CRM solutions for mid-market businesses. Mike has extensive experience working with companies making critical and complex decisions regarding software solutions to manage their businesses.
Experience: Mike’s early background was as a CPA who focused on auditing manufacturing and distribution firms. He then spent 10 years working with Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains), leading multiple groups to successfully deliver high quality solutions to their clients. Most recently, Mike is a co-founder of Altico Advisors, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a VISIBILITY.net ERP Certified Partner that provides financial, business, and customer management solutions and services to companies throughout New England, primarily in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, software development, and service organizations.

James M. Hickey, Vice President and Director of Operations
Jim manages the professional services team and operations at Altico. Over the past ten years he has overseen numerous implementations of Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) in diverse business sectors including technology, financial services, manufacturing and wholesale/distribution. Jim is also a Certified Public Accountant with more than five years of experience in public accounting serving small to midsize businesses in a variety of industries.
Experience: Jim has held various positions as a consultant, project manager and business unit manager for a national value added reseller. His experience includes the design and execution of implementation methodologies and best practices. Jim has also served as IT manager for a small professional services firm.
